You know that first day, right? New backpacks everywhere. Fresh notebooks that smell good. Big dreams in small lunch boxes.
Teachers stand at doors. They smile big. Parents wave bye. Some cry happy tears. The whole school wakes up! Kids laugh in the halls. You can feel the buzz.
By Friday? Everyone has a spot. We’re all home. Our year starts!
